Do you charge for consultations?

There is no charge for the consultation. Afterall, that is my job to make sure you understand all of the nuances of buying property in Mexico and have a FULL understanding of costs, timelines and the the legalities and procedures to protect your assets. What is expected of me as a client of yours?

That you complete all of the paperwork according to the instructions. That you communicate with us while we have our attorneys (Notarios) working on your loan. That you relax and know we are doing all of the heavy lifting and that we have been doing loans in Mexico for many years and are the best broker working with many banks competing for your business.
